EARLIER: The 28-member House minority bloc, represented by Kamanggagawa Rep. Eli San Fernando and Akbayan Rep. Perci Cendaña, has called on resigned Ako Bicol Rep. Zaldy Co to come home and issue his testimony under oath; also for the PH government to ensure his safety if he does go home. At the same time, San Fernando and Cendaña stressed (in their personal capacity) that the investigation into anomalous infra projects must extend to all levels of government, even if it reaches President Marcos
