Abstract: Graph neural network (GNN) is widely used to solve challenging problems in wireless communications, but traditional centralized training of GNN models may pose significant privacy risks.

This Java application allows users to convert currency values between different currencies using real-time exchange rates obtained from the ExchangeRate-API.
