2025 年 10 月 7 日，高通（Qualcomm）官网正式宣布与开源硬件软件领军企业 Arduino 达成收购协议，此举将整合双方优势资源，为全球开发者打造更便捷的尖端技术接入通道。 此次收购是高通边缘技术布局的重要一步。此前，高通已整合 Edge Impulse 与 Foundries.io，此次将 Arduino 纳入版图，进一步完善了其涵盖硬件、软件、云服务的全栈边缘平台。
