DoNews10月8日消息，当地时间周二，高通宣布收购意大利开源硬件和软件公司 Arduino，以进一步深入机器人与物联网开发生态，加速其在边缘计算和人工智能（AI）领域的开发者战略布局。 高通未披露交易金额，只表示 Arduino 将继续作为独立子公司运营，并继续支持来自多家半导体厂商的微控制器和微处理器产品。交易完成仍需获得监管机构批准及履行其他惯常条件。

公告同时透露，Arduino 将首次推出搭载高通芯片的开发板“Uno Q”，售价在 45~55 美元（现汇率约合 321 ~ 392.4 元人民币）之间，配备高通跃龙 Dragonwing QRB2210 双核处理器。
